We provide testing services for other products including foods
and beverages, natural health products and dietary supplements,
cosmetics, nutraceuticals and cosmeceuticals and can provide a
customized solution to suit your needs.
Companies can access these testing services to investigate new
products and novel formulations, for general third-party QC
services or for competitive analysis.
Types of testing include:
- Active ingredient identification and potency:
GC, HPLC, spectrophotometry, LCMS, GCMS, microscopy, IR spectrum,
HPLC-MS;
- Nutritional profiling: Nutrition facts table
(Canada and U.S.), dietary supplement facts panel (U.S.),
antioxidant activity;
- Shelf life and stability testing according to ICH
guidelines: real-time and accelerated shelf-life and
stability, product characteristics evaluation;
- Prop 65 testing;
- Contaminant and heavy metal testing: HRMS,
LCMS, cold vapour AAS;
- Health Canada Quality Summary Report for
natural health product Product Licence Applications;
- Health Canada clinical trials treatment and placebo
testing in support of Clinical Trials Applications.
Approved AOCS, USP, CRN, WHO, AACC and/or AOAC methodologies are
used wherever appropriate.
Note: Companies do not need to be enrolled in the IFOS, IKOS
or ISOS Program(s) in order to use Nutrasource Diagnostics Inc.'s
additional testing services.
