Engredea/Natural Products Expo West 2013 (Anaheim, California, March 6-10, 2013)

We attended and exhibited at Engredea/Natural Products Expo West 2013 this year as our parent company Nutrasource Diagnostics. The busy tradeshow provided the perfect forum to connect with industry and showcase our latest services including our new international testing programs. SupplySide West (Las Vegas, NV, November 7-9, 2012)

NDI will be attending and exhibiting at this year's SupplySide West conference and trade show, which will draw 12 000 industry professionals and feaure over 1500 booths. The show will feature manufacturers, buyers and consultants focused on the dietary supplement, food and beverage and cosmetics industries to contribute to the development of novel, innovative products.

International Pharmaceutical Academy (IPA) GMP Update 2012 (Montreal, QC, September 25-26, 2012)

The IPA GMP Update is a valuable platform for industry members to gain information and insight about the major developments in quality, compliance and regulatory areas specific to pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, medical devices and biotechnology.

NDI attended and exhibited at this year's event, and Rodney Butt, M.Sc., MBA, Director of Project Management and Quality Systems, gave a lecture entitled, I can do that, can't I? Opportunities and Obstacles in developing a natural health product as a prescription medicine.

Natural Products Expo East (Baltimore, MD, September 19-22, 2012)

NDI exhibited at Natural Products Expo East, the largest trade show in the East devoted to natural, organic and healthy living products.  The show drew 22 000 attendees and featured 1500 trade show exhibits showcasing the latest natural, organic and healthy living products.

Cultivating Natural Bioactives International Conference 2012 (London, ON, July 9-11, 2012)

NDI was proud to attend and exhibit at this year's Cultivating Natural Bioactives conference, hosted by the Ontario Ginseng Innovation & Research Consortium of the University of Western Ontario.

The three-day event was dedicated to the development of functional foods, therapeutics and supplements from ginseng, traditional Chinese medicines and other medicinal herbs.  Krista Coventry, M.Sc., Director of the Nutrition and Nutraceutical Research Division at Nutrasource Diagnostics Inc. gave lectures on Best practices in clinical research for natural bioactives, and Health claim opportunities for natural bioactives.

The Global Organization for EPA and DHA Omega-3s (GOED) is hosting the second annual GOED Exchange, an event dedicated to key science, regulatory and product development issues facing the omega-3 industry.

The three-day conference will feature a packed agenda, with topics ranging from consumer awareness and education pertaining to omega-3s, the current status of the omega-3 market and sustainability issues surrounding marine omega-3 sources.

9th Annual NHPRS Conference (Kelowna, BC, May 22-25)

The 9th Annual NHP conference and tradeshow features the latest scientific research and regulatory topics related to natural health ingredients.  Krista Coventry, M.Sc., Director of the Nutrition and Nutraceutical Research Division at Nutrasource Diagnostics Inc. gave two lectures at this event - the first focused on clinical research investment for the natural health products sector, and the second dealt with the regulatory challenges associated with food-type natural health products.

SupplySide Marketplace (New York, NY, May 8-10, 2012)

SupplySide Marketplace (previously known as SupplySide East) took place this year at the Javits Center in New York City from May 8^th through 10 ^th, 2012. The tradeshow and education event drew more than 300 exhibitors devoted to the dietary supplement, food and beverage and cosmetics industries to showcase new ingredients and network with fellow industry members.
